Coming Soon Collect+ Delivery Service, £3.99 service for orders upto 10kg in weight, with this service, you have no need to wait in to have your items delivered, this service works, by us sending your parcel to your nearest Collect+ Store(Newsagents, Bargin Booze and many other stores). Depending on distance between stores, delivey times are 3-5days.

Stoke-on-Trent Collection
Any Order placed from customers in Stoke-on-Trent are entitled to Free Delivery, This will show up when you go through the Checkout.  Please allow 1-5 days Delivery.

We will do our upmost to deliver it Next Day.
If your order is sent after 1pm, we will process the order and then send it out the following day. Then you will recieve the order 2-5days from then.

Orders placed over the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

At AK Autospares we only accept orders for delivery to UK Mainland.

If for any reason your order is going be delayed deliverly we will try to contact you and confirm a new date as soon as we can.

For items that are delivered directly by our suppliers, we will not be able to confirm delivery dates when you order. You will be contacted shortly after to make the necessary delivery arrangements.

We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some Highlands or Ireland.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note some heavy items, will incur extra delivery charges, but these will be shown on Checkout.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
All items ordered incorrectly will incur a 20% restocking charge & carriage charges cannot be refunded.
If the error is ours, returned items will be refunded in full including postage sending and collecting. Please note that it is entirely your responsibility to order the correct items.
All items returned must arrive back with us no later than 2 weeks after dispatch, after this time goods cannot be returned for credit or refund & it is the senders responsibility to ensure that they are well enough packed to survive transport.
Shortages & damaged goods must be advised within 48 hours of receipt of parcel & damaged packaging retained.
Before returning any goods to us for what ever reason, you must first contact us by telephone:01782 450223 or email info@akautospares.co.uk to obtain a returns reference number.
All returned items for credit or refund, must be returned to us in the same condition they were dispatched in & in their undamaged original packaging

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
